Kimchi Dressing
This is a great addition to your every day salad that will really amp things up. This medium heat dressing is packed full of digestive aids and healthy fats. I like to add it to grain salads such as quinoa, buck wheat or barley with a wide range of vegetables.

  • 60 g Lime Juice Freshly Squeezed
  • 15 g Sesame Oil Cold Pressed
  • 70 g Avocado Oil Extra Virgin (Cold Pressed)
  • 2 Clove garlic Fresh
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Fish Sauce
  • 2 Tsp Raw Cashew Butter Organic When Possible
