Kalamata Olive Tapenade

Ingredients
  • 500 g Black Kalamata Olives Pitted
  • 10 g garlic
  • 100 ml Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 1 g Ground White Pepper
  • 6 pc White Anchovy Rinsed
  • 10 g Capers Rinsed
  • 10 g Sun Dried Tomatoes Rough Chopped

  • 500 g Black Kalamata Olives Pitted
  • 10 g garlic
  • 100 ml Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 1 g Ground White Pepper
  • 6 pc White Anchovy Rinsed
  • 10 g Capers Rinsed
  • 10 g Sun Dried Tomatoes Rough Chopped
Instructions
  1. Pitt the olives if not already.
  2. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend desired consistency. I prefer chunky so I pulse 5-8 times until it reaches a brochette consistency; however it is great smooth as well depending on your application.
