  • 200 g Italian Flat Leaf Parsley Picked & Washed
  • 100 g Cilantro Picked & Washed
  • 1 g Cumin Seeds Toasted & Crushed
  • 16 g Garlic Cloves Grated
  • 8 g Thai Birds Eye Chilli No Seeds
  • 500 ml Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 125 ml Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 g Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 50 g Oregano Leaves Or Dry If Unavailable
  • 1 pc Lemon Zest
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Optional

Instructions
  1. Puree the hot peppers, garlic and cumin in blender till smooth with olive oil.
  2. Add half of the herbs and puree until smooth.
  3. Cut the remaining herbs finely and fool them in along with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Taste and correct seasoning to taste.
