  • 16 g Cilantro Leaves Chopped
  • 200 g Tomatillos Charred and chopped
  • 30 g Shallot Diced
  • 80 g Jalapeños Seedless & diced
  • 26 g garlic Fresh Grated
  • to taste Himalayan Sea Salt & Black Pepper
  • 35 g Lime Juice
  • 15 g Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 6 pc White Anchovy Filets
  • 1/4 tsp. Smoked Paprika
  • 8 g Italian Flat Leaf Parsley Picked, washed & chopped
  • 10 g Preserved Lemon Pith removed & diced

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to the food processor and pulse 15-20 times until desired consistency.
