Arugula Walnut Pesto

Ingredients
  • 450 g Baby Arugula
  • 50 g basil leaves Washed & Picked
  • 15 g Garlic Cloves
  • 50 g Walnuts Toasted
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 450 ml Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 8 g Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 2 g Black Pepper

  • 15 g Garlic Cloves
  • 50 g Walnuts Toasted
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 450 ml Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 8 g Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 2 g Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Puree for 1 minute until smooth or pulse 5-8 times for a more chunky consistency.
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
